You see, we run several of these coaching programs each year, and the participants get incredible results.

First requirement is that you need to be able to commit to following the meal plans that we provide you throughout your 12 week program, to achieve the best results.
Secondly, you need to commit to working out 3-4 times per week.
Third, you will need to check in each week with your weight and inches so that we can guide you through the meal plan and workout progressions.
And finally, you need to be SERIOUS about making change, and be willing to come into the Challenge with a positive, can-do attitude.
